Hi, I’m Rarnie

I’m a Clinical Nutritionist who specialises in trauma-informed nutritional medicine. My journey into the world of wellness, and the complex interplay between trauma, nutrition, and holistic health, is deeply personal. It’s been shaped by my own experiences, as well as those of people close to me.

These experiences haven’t just guided my professional path; they’ve ignited a passion within me to explore how trauma affects our nutritional health and overall well-being. It’s this passion that drives every consultation I conduct and every plan I develop.

My academic and professional credentials include a Bachelor of Clinical Nutrition, an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine, and a Diploma of Practice Management. I’m also a proud member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society and qualify for coverage under various private health funds, depending on your policy.

As you embark on your journey to wellness with me, know that you’re not just stepping into a practice that values expertise and education—you’re entering a space where empathy, understanding, and a holistic approach to your health are at the forefront of everything we do.
