Hey there, I´m Rarnie

Hi, I’m Rarnie McCudden, and I’m here to be your guide and ally on a journey centered around trauma-informed nutritional medicine.

The intricate relationship between trauma, nutrition, and overall well-being is not just a professional interest for me—it’s deeply personal. My own experiences with trauma and the health challenges faced by those close to me have shaped my approach and fueled my dedication to understanding this complex connection.

My journey into clinical nutrition and wellness began over a decade ago, after a diverse career in human resources and management. The turning point came when my daughter faced multiple food allergies and idiopathic anaphylaxis. Navigating her health challenges opened my eyes to the profound impact of nutrition on well-being and compelled me to dive deeper into this field. This led me to pursue extensive education in clinical nutrition, nutritional medicine, and managing allied health practices.

This path has not only equipped me with knowledge and skills but also ignited a passion for helping others understand and harness the power of nutrition to heal and thrive. I’m here to walk alongside you, providing the guidance and support you need to transform your health and life.
